What information is sent from Revit to LightStanza?
LightStanza exports all geometry visible in a user-designated 3D view, with the ability to hide anything that should not be included. This can optionally include linked models as well as rooms/spaces. This will also include all materials with the option to override floors, walls, and ceilings with IES defaults.
For metadata, LightStanza includes some of the Revit Project Information (specifically the address for daylight studies). The project name is also exported by default and can be changed if needed. This applies to the host model only, not any linked models. The LightStanza user name is also associated with the exported project.
The Revit plugin optionally allows you to add the following Shared Parameters and will read that data if populated. Additionally the export includes the built-in Photometric Web and Initial Color parameters for Lighting Fixtures.
